The State of Maryland Literacy Association (SoMLA) is the leading literacy organization in the state of Maryland comprised of over 1,500 members in 17 active local chapters (16 representing ALL counties in Maryland and one student chapter at a university).This year’s theme is “Bridging Young Readers to Forever Readers”.
