Jennings was employed by Aberdeen Proving Ground, APG, as a U.S. Army Civilian for 32-years. Shortly before retirement, she wrote the first poem which led to her first book, published in September of 2015. She is now working on her next book: One Hundred Lives: Life and Nature Poured into Poetry.
